"Like"? I love my family and would do anything for them. Unfortunately, they are all far away, and we don't have much to do with one anothers lives. As for friends, I have some good ones here, and there is love on both sides. People have been very kind. When I was ill they stepped in and took the place of family, and I appreciate that very much. Still I don't believe that anyone can substitute for a loving family. That being said, I need to work much harder at being satisfied with life on life's terms. Millions the world over have no home, no health, no family and no friends. I have all four.
