Not that I've heard of but we should- there is a garbage landfill that just closed a few miles from here and when the wind blows from that direction-WOW!

No I have no Idea what Odor is but from reading the other answers It has something to do with keeping you community clean or landfills or something,We need something like that here every day I see truck after truck bringing in garbage from NYC and New Jersey every one around here really hates that but the garbage keeps piling up.I wish I could do something about it.
