I played both for thirty years and I beat nationally ranked players in both at times. I like doubles in tennis and either singles or doubles in table tennis. The' two skills seem to me to be a bit hard to compare. Tennis is active, outdoor, large scale, and you have to worry about sun, wind and bad bounces.

Table tennis is smaller scale, indoors, and a lot like cutting a diamond rather than whacking away a ball with great force.
OK--tennis doubles with a good partner. I never lost at that for 30 years--kept the ball low over the net and beat the opponents with brains.

Tennis. With table tennis, it's hard for me to keep the ball on the table. It's a real pain.
