A fact is a fact. It doesn't change. (Until "they" get more information... sigh.)
Truth is subjective. Many things that are true for me may not be true for you. Truth is kind-of like a car wreck. The number of people who witness it: That's how many versions of what happened there are. None of them is lying. Truth is what I believe.

Truth is objective in its absoluteness and in universals ,such as there is a universal definition of a tree which we can image in our senses and we call a tree a tree in objective truth as a universal and a concrete real life tree and different species and genus in a tree in subjective truth. There is no denying one thing there is one universal absolute truth and there has to be one objective truth .Even if we say all truth is subjective then this is an objective truth.

to me truth is concrete.... fact is fact....

some people just can't register the truth, so to them it feels subjective.....
