1) factor out a 5x^3y giving us 5x^3y(7y^3 - 12x)

2) factor out a 2 : 2(r^3 - 125) = 2(r-5) ( r^2 + 5r + 25)

3) (10M^4-3)(10m^4+3)


4) 2(81x^6 - 49) so 2(9x^3 -7)(9x^3 + 7)
