For the stomach, I'd suggest doing crunches, but the butt thing is a little tricky, you can't really control where your weight is distributed... trust me we all wish that we could, theres only certain exercises to tone certain parts. Sad to say the only way you're going to see a drastic change in your butt is to do something medical about it, like there are injections to plump it up, and some people have gone so far as to get implants like they would in their breasts -_- anyways, good luck...
