The universal allowance of hours per day is 24. We can't create another four hours, but maybe we can find them.
Step #1: Record:
Time perception is unreliable, so you need to get the facts about where your time is actually going. Get a notebook and jot down what you're doing and how long it takes during the course of a typical week. (How much time do you spend web surfing? Cleaning your home? Talking on the phone? In traffic? Reading the newspaper?) You may be surprised at what you discover.
Step #2 - Analyze and Revise.
Is there anything you're doing that you don't have to do, and don't really enjoy? Take it off your list.
Is there anything that needs to be done that you could cheaply/easily delegate or pay someone to do for you?
Are there things that you are doing for people in your life that they are perfectly capable of doing for themselves? If so, get them to become more self-reliant in these areas - at least during times when you are very busy.
Likewise, are you reluctant to ask people in your life for simple favors that could save you time and truly not inconvenience them? If so, you may need to become a bit more assertive.
Are you efficient when you do things? Experiment with different ways of tackling routine chores, time yourself and see if there is a quicker method that gets you the same results.
Are there people who are routinely wasting your time? Learn to make yourself less available. Get caller ID - make yourself invisible on IM as needed, don't drop everything and respond to emails unless they are truly urgent. Learn to politely cut conversations short when you are in a hurry. If someone asks you to do something voluntary and you are already far to busy, learn to say "No."
Do you take a full hour for lunch each day? Find a better way to use that time. Do you take coffee breaks or have other rituals that cut into your time? Curtail them most days.
Find areas where you could easily multitask? (For example can you get all of your news by car radio on your way to and from work? Can you get a headset for your home phone and leave your hands free for doing chores when you take calls? Be creative!)
Take full advantage of technology by doing as many things remotely as possible.
Can you revise your schedule to avoid rush hour commutes or other situations where you end up standing in line? Can you consolidate your errands?
Stay organized so you don't waste time by misplacing things, getting caught in bad weather, or running out of something very routine (like lightbulbs, milk or detergent) so you have to run to the store for one item at the last minute.
I hope this helps.

this is the nurse on your MIL speaking. some nurses get relatively excited approximately that style of factor. no person even knows what a common blood sugar point is for a newborn. i became into purely analyzing by my books approximately this comparable factor final evening. that's a theoretical danger, as I comprehend it. Breastfed infants try this during a few unspecified time interior the destiny. They sleep longer than you think of they might desire to, then refuse to awaken. I promise you, you will understand whilst your infant needs to consume. as long as your infant is ingesting often something of the time, this is not any longer an excellent deal. That pronounced, why in the international did you wait see you later to bypass to sleep final time? this is the actual difficulty. Sleep whilst your infant sleeps, relatively. you are able to desire to. i'm approximately to bypass take my very own suggestion top now. i could the two come to an settlement with MIL previous to time or tell her which you do no longer want a stay in lactation representative this time around on the grounds which you already understand what you're doing. she would be able to make certain the child in some weeks whilst he/she gets a sprint cuter besides.

either the Sun--ask it to stay up longer, or the Moon--reason with it to stay away for a little while longer, or the "time police"--you know, there's the fashion police when you have an error in fashion, or the time police, when you want a few more hours added to your day. Good luck!

The universal dilemma so easily solved...stop overloading your day with things you need not do! Prioritize your time, share the responsibility if you can and plan your days carefully. You should have enough time leftover to be good to yourself on a daily basis. Good luck!
