The MOST I'll use is 8gb but I'll probably use around 4gb. When they come out with the 32gb ones, the 16gb hopefully goes down to $300 (but we never know). Should I buy the 8gb or go all out for 16gb?
I'll either be at loss for the money or the limited capacity.
(don't recommend a different ipod)

get the 16GB and put music and all your favorite photos.

I personally think you should wait till a month after christmas because they will probably release an updated version of the iPod touch and for a much cheaper price. If you can't wait then I would go for the 8GB iPod touch because its a better value since the most you'll use is 8GB.

If you travel a lot (even an hour to work or school) you'll soon come to appreciate watching video on it. And video takes up a lot more space than music. So I'd go for more than you think you'll need. Check how much music you have in iTunes. if it's more than 3 or 4GB, I'd go for the 16GB one.

wait tell after the holiday rush and then all will be better and the price will go lower and lower i promice
