i started my computer and it said that the system has recovered from a serious error, it asked me if i wanted to send an error report and i said yes. But then it took me to the microsoft website and told me that the report was corrupted. Should I contact Microsoft and get ready for my computer to crash?!

i wouldnt worry about it unless it keeps doing it .. a common cause is a power outage and not shutting down properly .. second most common is a shutdown due to heat ... third then would be hardware failure or a virus ..

Well, you should make note of the kind of error you recieved. If the error has a name, you can certainly google it and take the proper steps to avoid any crashes or bluescreens. My guess would be that its probably located in your registry due to the fact that it occurred during startup. The registry is the biggest file system on your computer. The CPU searches it constantly during startup, shutdown and while in use. You can use a registry cleaner to probably fix this error or remove it yourself. Hope this helps!

No

Did you add any new hardware or software lately? It might be causing a conflict.

You might need to to a system restore back a few days if it continues.
