protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet is wat i see when i go to the properties of my internet connection. I want to cancle that. I dont want limited. People say there is a check box there but for me there isent. There is settings box to the right tho.

You should actually enable that or keep it enabled if it already is.
Thats the message for a firewall, and its recommended that you keep it on. It won't affect your internet usage in any way, but will protect you from hackers.

You should most definitely leave Windows firewall on. If anything gets blocked, you will receive a message asking if you want to unblock.

As for unlimited access to your computer - "be careful what you wish for, you might get it." If a checkbox is checked, it will be in effect. To clear it, just click the box and the mark will disappear.

If you set your Internet Options -- Security, Privacy, Content to low, almost any kind of smut can get in. I don't think that's what you want.

I have my Security, Privacy and Content set to medium. In addition, by clicking "enable" on the Content tab, I have the slider at 0 so as to prevent smut.

U got it wrong man it warns u when u have limited or no connectivity on ur connection
