It doesn't matter if he orgasmed for the first time that night or for the 10th time. Sperm is sperm and there is always semen present. You also don't need to ejaculate into a women or even penetrate a woman with sexual intercourse to get her pregnant. And it's not an exact science. Just because you didn't use a condom and he didn't pull out does not promise that you'll get pregnant. Scared of getting pregnant? Practice not having sex. Still want to have sex then get some condoms. There are clinics where you can receive them for free.

Yes it is ok however not all the time. If you are very sexually active you might want to make him pull out or strap up sometimes. You are prown to infection and even though either of you i am assuming do not have any diseases you can still get things like bacterial vaginosis and other common vaginal infections in that basically come from having to much sex and not letting your vagina breathe.

Yes, It's absolutely fine. Infact it's actually healthy for you. Seamen is starting to be known to help a woman stay happy (Either that or sex itself without getting pregnant, because you already are)

Unless he's diseased, why wouldnt it be? You cant get pregnant again... lol.
His sperm has hormones in it that will cause contractions, so will your orgasm. But its normal and safe. You might have a couple contractions for an hour or so after sex, especially the bigger you get.
