You are not allowed to sell live animals on e-bay, so i assume the rule would also apply to your mother in law. You are also not allowed to sell things that you do not legally own, so i assume that rule would also apply. Thus, no, you can't. Sorry.

OK, so here is what you need to do.
Take her to your Closest Walmart store with a pickup truck,
put her in the back of the truck,
and put a sign up that says FREE TO GOOD HOME!
You will have a better chance giving her away rather than selling her!
