Clutter, because if that is gone, the dirt usually follows, very easy to clean if no clutter around...

Dirt = Filth. So definitely dirt. Clutter could be clean clutter.

Clutter..... because where there is clutter, dirt is sure to follow.
Clutter beats you down mentally and makes you hate your environment. Makes you lazy and depressed so you loose the desire to clean things.
Where there is one the other usually can always be found. They are a great team. :o)

Both. Where there is clutter there is dirt. Neither of which is a clean well organized home.

Dirt... my house is CLEAN but cluttered.

I bleach the kitchen and bath weekly, vacuum & dust also... but I have STUFF scattered here and there... it gets stacked on Saturday... and then spreads out again
