If you are 14 with no license and are a really good driver can you get fined either with adult or not.Also will they not let you get a license util some years?

Chances are, if you get caught, the court will suspend your privilige to get a license.
You may not be able to get your license until you turn 18.
Not to mention you will have a driving record created, and your insurance will be very expensive.
Having an adult with you doesn't help. They could get a ticket also, for permitting a minor to drive.

If you are underage and have neither a driver's license or a permit, you can be fined for driving without a license and any adult in the car can be fined for allowing you to do it.

fined as an adult i suppose,judging that it is supposed to be an adult driving.
you should still be able to get your license when you are supposed to,
SO DONT THINK ABOOUT DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE@!!!
