oh my...cream puffs!!!! absolutely...i could eat a dozen easily..if i did that often..i would look like a cream puff!!!!

A handmade croissant, with what seems like 1000 layers, from Maurice's French Pastries on the outskirts of New Orleans, Louisiana. Not sure if it is still there, but they make the best croissants and pastries I've ever tasted. The croissants are to die for.
