Well the supreme court dealt the friends of our enemies a blow today by allowing us to continue sending our enemy combatants abroad for questioning.
This is only a small victory we still are at war with the combatants and the ACLU. Let's pray for a total victory against both.
Is this a happy day for you also?

Yes.
It was a Defeat for the ACLU, Terrorists, and Democrats.

It was a Victory for REAL Americans & the USA.

(You are going to hear some Terrorist Supporters whining about about America's Victory.)
They are fun!!!!!!!

Yes my many enemies of the Executive Branch such as the Secret Service the CIA,the IRS, Immigration,U.S.Marshalls and all yhose I have forgotten to mention get knocked down I feel vindicated.I still believe in the Ideals of the 60's and its push for peach worldwide.Anytime aLegislator votes on a Bill they are making money from the Lobbyists,no matter how they vote. The National Security Act of 1947 and again amended in 1948 made real toilet paper of the U.S. Constitution passed by the Founding Delegates in Philadelphia.Write to me any time on these issues as they truly hit home.

The sad thing is--a bad day for the ACLU is a bad day for all United States citizens. They are the defenders of our Constitution, yet so many are too stupid and reckless to know it.

It seems that some will only be happy only when they've run our freedoms into the dirt and let a dictatorship take over.

The ACLU has mostly good intentions - they pound away constantly at the exact letter of our rights rather than the common sense intent of the context.
Yes, I am happy that the Supreme Court had the wisdom (this time anyway) to realize that terrorists are not prone to giving out too much information during a casual conversation over dinner and a drink.

Remember this "happy feeling" when you are walking down the street and are snatched by the government who considers you a combatant. By the way, the government admitted (finally) that the "terrorist" they held and tortured was the wrong guy. It was all a mistake. Still feeling good?

It is not a victory for the integrity of the Republic. But it will pass. The neocons who hate the Constitution are in for a drastic wake up call in a few years when the conservative judges begin to retire and are replaced by real Americans.

Why would Bush be sending people abroad for questioning if it isn't for torture?

There really isn't that much difference between you and your ilk and the Saddams of the world.
