Hi,

What are you thinking of. You plead guilty to a crime, you had to do a 100 hours of community service and you are probably on probation for 6 months to a year.

So that is your first strike.

If you violate the terms of the deal or violate your probation, then they will reinstate the original charge and you could go to jail.

Secondly, you have to put on every job application what you plead guilty to and what you did.

Now when employers run checks on your background they also include a criminal background check as well. This will pop up.

If you get a third strike you could end up in prison for life.

So stop bragging you committed a crime and plead guilty to it. If you are applying to colleges, some colleges will not take you now.

This is the best option to get a background check https://tr.im/Ghwf5
Currently there are a lot of reasons to perform a criminal background check in today's community. These arguments vary from questions over a spouse's fidelity to misgivings regarding a recently hired sitter. There are several surprising figures out now that strengthen these doubts, and in many instances it is better to be safe than sorry. You may not realize it, but there can be quite a lot of people checking up on you. Potential employers top the list. Companies usually conduct background checks on job applicants primarily as a means to verify the credentials that you may have listed on your resume.

Susan, I suspect that there's a a lot more to your story than being handed a free pair of boots.

Nightowl: If you think any of those people you mention are in it for the money then you're a cretin.

Really. I'm curious to know where you live. If I find out, you can bet I'll write to your local newspaper about it.
