Any scene with two characters speaking is dialogue for 2 characters. Is it supposed to be from a play, a tv show, a film? Do a search online, there are literally TONS of resources available. Here's a couple sites that may be helpful:

Try something from gargen state with natalie portman and zach braff, there is a great scene in the first fifteen minutes where the two first meet. Could even work because you and you partner do not know each other to well.

One good one would be the scene beween Gwendelon and Cecily in The Importance of Being Earnet..its so funny.
http://www.hoboes.com/html/FireBlade/Wilde/earnest/act2.html
It starts when Cecily says...pray let me introduce myself to you...
Anyway the basic background of it is that these two girls who haven't met til now, have a fasination with the name Earnest and will only marry a guy with the name Earnest. Anyway they meet and they both find out that there engaged to a guy name Earnest. etc etc..read it to understand it, im not too good in explaining...
Good Luck...x
