Until then get a very supportive bra. I had to deal with big breasts at your age and I too hated it. I had a lot of back pain as well and when I got a reduction at age 31 I did not regret it one bit! (I'm 33 now).
In the meantime, research research research! Check out the below sites or give me a shout.

Oh and, ignore the ones that say "A C cup is not that big"... they are not taking into account your AGE. Since you will grow into your 20's in the breasts you may end up bigger than a C (see my pre operation size... 38J... J CUP!)... and ignore the ones that say "Love your body"... if you have any health issues with your breasts, something CAN be done!

I had developed early and had a large C-Cup by the time I was 15-16. I didn't feel uncomfortable with my large breasts but I was care to dress myself in a way that flattered me without being revealing. I think that you should buy clothes that fit you. I think that wearing clothes to try and "hide" your body or wear clothes that fit too small will only feel uncomfortable on your body, draw attention to you that you won't want and you won't look good either. Having breasts that are larger than average might make you feel awkward now but your thoughts will change when you get older. I am 47 years old and my bra size is 34-D. I feel young, pretty and sexy and I know you will too in time.

Instead of wearing bra's with wires under neath them which can be really annoying since the wires under the bra can hurt especially if you have large breasts lol Go use sport bra's because well their easy to put on and wash, comfortable, there are no Under Wires !! lol also makes your boobs smaller in a way because Bra's are to lift your breasts and make them look perky.
Since your still 15, your breasts are still going to grow through out your highschool year.
If you are have really bad back pains, chest pains, uncomfortable nights when sleeping or stuff like that then go get a breast reduction. My friend she was like a size D and it really hurt her since her boobs pretty much made her life miserable (unwanted attention, finding right size clothes, back pains. etc..) Ask your mom about it or your doctor

A C cup at 15 is normal. :)
You'll love them when you get a little older.
I know exactly what you mean about clothes I'm an F cup but a size 8/10 but my breasts don't like to fit into most clothes that size so they're normally all baggy of my stomach.
There's also a chance you won't need a reduction.
My friend was a C cup at 13 and is still a C cup at 18.
They don't feel so big when you're body has had time to mature.

Don't stress on it yet. C's are perfect! Seriously. A lot of women would love to have a C cup. And those contemplating reductions have serious health issues associated with large, heavy breasts. Over time, you will change your mind about your assets.
When you are 15, you are still learning to deal with all of the attention that comes with having a nice figure. It isn't fun having some creepy guy ogle you. But as you get older, you will be more comfortable dealing with the creepy guys and feeling confident about your body. You will come to see that Cs are a great size. (I was a D cup at your age and a 32E now; I still have back problems to this day from slouching to hide my chest.)
In the meantime, try a minimizer bra. A minimizer basically straps you in and reduces your boobs by about a cup size. Here's a list of different kinds.

Good luck, and send any other questions our way over at:

Personally I think you should not opt for surgery unless you're having back problems or something like that. Don't hate your boobs :/ You should love your body no matter what shape it is! If your really self conscious that maybe they bounce too much or what not, stick to sports bras or bras that offer good support, and just wear your normal clothes. A C cup isn't huge so I don't see why you would have such a hard time finding clothes that fit

It is really uncomfortable. what i would do it i were you do not wear low cut shirt or v necks that you would have to war a undershirt. and do not wear tight clothings. Also when i was shopping one day i saw one of thoses things that suck in your belly for boobs at khols
