Everything sounds normal to me. When you get crampy try drinking a glass of water and lying down on your side for awhile and see if the crampiness goes away. Usually uterine irritability is caused by even the mildest dehydration, so always try to hydrate yourself and rest first if you start feeling like that. If it doesn't get better after 30-60 minutes, then call your doctor if you're worried.

Although 16 year olds generally might have a slightly higher risk of preterm delivery, if you've been taking care of yourself and getting regular prenatal care, your risks are really not any greater than any other pregnant woman. Unless your doctor has said you are at high risk for some specific reason, don't worry about it. It's normal to feel a lot more aches/pains and have an increase in vaginal discharge as the pregnancy goes on.

But always always always call your doctor if you're experiencing something new or if you aren't sure what's happening. Even if it's after hours, they have an answering service and will have a doc or nurse call you back.

Good luck!

Actually it would be a decrease in fetal movement

Menstrual-like cramps, with or without diarrhea.
A feeling of pressure in your pelvis or lower abdomen.
A persistent, dull ache in your lower back, pelvic area, lower abdomen, or thighs.
Changes in your vaginal discharge, which may increase in amount or become pink or reddish.
Persistent, regular contractions of your uterus, 4 per 20 minutes or 8 every hour.3 These contractions may make your abdomen feel firm to the touch.
Not feeling well, including:
Unexplained fever.
Fatigue.
Uterine tenderness.

you sound to me like a girl at the end of her pregnancy... not meaning you are going to deliver just at that uncomfortable state in the last weeks . the baby is stronger and bigger now so you are going to feel it more and the cramping is it at the bottom of your belly that could be whats called ligament rounding i got that alot towards the end lik 32 weeks and up. just call your doctor and tell him whatever it is you are worried about.. it will be ok whatever the outcome.

You probably lost your mucous plug that's why you're wet. Same thing happened to me last pregnancy and it was a couple more weeks before I went into labor.

If you are worried at all about anything, you should always talk to your doctor. Especially if you are cramping. Good luck and congrats.
