So I was irresponsible with my allowance this month and I only have $20 left for the rest of the month. How can make this last (as far as groceries) for the next 3 weeks?

1. Break down & ask for an advance on next month's allowance--and then spend it wisely.
2. Go to financial aid and ask if you qualify for an emergency student loan.
3. Look for a job. If there's a restaurant on campus & you work there you can probably eat there too.
4. See if you can borrow a few dollars from a friend until your next allowance.
5. You may be able to get a student credit card. Ask at the bookstore if they have applications. BE CAREFUL not to run up stupid debt, the interest rates are high.

Ramen noodles. Seriously. You need to look around for odd jobs....maybe a job that you can just mow lawns, or maybe be a bus boy. I know how you feel, I am in my third year, but I work one day a week. Wow....I feel sorry for you. Seriously, post something around, or ask a family member to help them...I dont know your situation but you have to be good at something besides spending money

i suggest this is now the best time for start that diet. perhaps stay away from buying fast food. dont buy those soda drinks but use water fountains.
