Please explain how this teacher seems to be crossing the line to you. It would help in answering your question

Ok well it sounds like he isnt being sexually abusive or suggestive, I honestly doubt he's just spending that time cursing at you. So what else does that leave?

It sort of sounds like your getting extra help for class, or maybe thats what he's trying to do. The only thing that really "crosses the line" in my book is anything sexual and if that isnt happening than Id say "No", your reading too much into it.

If it's something he's said to you that offended you, you can simply talk to him before or after class and let him know how you feel, he will probably apologize on the spot.

Just make sure your being fair.

What is the teacher doing that makes you worried? I think a combination of small, unjust, things can equal crossing the line. But I think you know when the line is crossed, when a teacher swears, yells...really yells, not just raises her/his voice so she/he can be heard over 25 kids, put the students in danger, demeans or intently disrespect the students, use embarrassment as a form of punishment or speaks in harsh tones more often than not.

EDIT-Why are you being kept after school? What did the teacher do during this time?

Your question is not very clear. Are you having problems in this teachers class? Are your grades in this class good? Are you giving this teacher a hard time? Are you disturbing the class while they are trying to teach?

Your question has caused a bunch of other questions before someone can give you a good answer. We need to know why you think the teacher is crossing the line, what are they doing?

good luck.
