#1 pick is still LT. Ronnie Brown is the RB fantasy points leader, so if you think he'll keep it up, you might want to pick him. Personally, I don't think he'll keep it up.
Guys to target in later rounds: if you can get Antonio Gates or Marshawn Lynch in round 2, you're doing really well. Marshawn is a top-15 back right now, and his schedule gets easier in the 2nd half of the season. Avoid Travis Henry. He probably only has 4 games at the most left in his season (drug suspension).
The top WR is Randy Moss. An underrated guy I would definitely target is Dwayne Bowe. He is the #10 fantasy WR right now. Braylon Edwards is the #3 fantasy WR, and he's also underrated and having a fantastic season. Plaxico Burress should be the second WR selected. If he's not, I'd nab him.
Don't draft a QB too early unless he's Romo or Brady. There are a lot of guys bunched together after you get past those top 2. Even Peyton probably isn't worth drafting early (before, say, 3rd round) this year.
Ben Watson having great season this year. He's currently on pace to have 650 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns (yes, that's right, 16).
By the way, contrary to what the guy before me said, Romo is the top fantasy scorer this season, not Brady.

Brady for sure. He's the #1 point scorer in fantasy this year and there's no reason to assume that won't continue. By the time the second and third picks roll around, you should be looking at RB, and then RB or a stud WR. At that 2nd round pick, you should see about 14 RBs, about 4 QBs, and a few WRs gone. So, there should be plenty to choose from in the RB pool.
One advantage you have drafting this late is to pick out team trends. Who knew, for example, that New Orleans would become the Aints again? Or that three of the top 5 RBs (Alexander, Jackson, and L Johnson) would make fantasy owners weep in disgust a month into the season?
So, when choosing who to pick, take a look at the schedule past and future. See who is winning, who is losing, who is scoring, and who is not. Then, base your picks on match-ups for the rest of the year. Also, remember that some players have already had a bye and will be available every game the rest of the season.
BTW - LT will come around. Last year he only had 4 TDs in his first 4 games and, after working out with the San Diego coaching staff what his role should be, he went on a tear like no other RB in history (literally). This week, LT had a heart-to-heart with Coach Turner, who said he has been playing this team all wrong. He admitted that he had so many toys in the toybox when he first took over that he forgot to get back to basics: Run LT. When they stack the box, hit Gates over the middle. When they come up to cover the middle, go long with the WRs. Then bang the line with Michael Turner and soften them up for another dose of LT.
What happened in Denver will become the norm for this team, with LT finally reaching his stride after sitting out all 4 preseason games. It happened last year. And, it's going to happen again.

I'd still pick LT (Maybe Addai with a Keith handcuff), but that's just me. At 23rd, picking up an RB is going to be slim pickens.
