I presume you have a wired connection. It would be helpful if you were more specific.
The cable to the main computer may be defective. The port in the LAN network switch may be faulty. The network port on the pc can be faulty. The pc network port config may have become fouled.
We need to check these out first. Try this:
Take a computer that is working and swap it with the main computer.
If it works, the main computer has a problem with its network port or network port config. Check the config and make sure it is OK. If that does not help, then open Device Manager and see if it shows a fault. Even if no fault is shown, update the device driver. If none of this works, you can buy a pci network interface card and install it and use that port.
If the other computer will not work when you swapped it with the main computer, then the problem is either the cable or the LAN switch network port. Keep the pc plugged into the cable but change the other end of the cable at the network switch and see if it works. If it works, then the original LAN port of the switch is bad (get a new switch if you do not have enough ports). If it does not work, replace the cable and see if it works.
Use this logical approach until it is fixed.

Check the IP address on your computer. You can open a Command window by going to Run and typing in "cmd". It will open the DOS window. Type "ipconfig". This will give the address of the card. If it begins with 169.254.X.X then you are not getting an address from the router (assuming you have a router). If you don't have a router, then it is safe to assume that the addresses have been taken up by the other two PCs. If you have a router and the other two PCs are working, then try changing the connection to a different port. To test if the router port is bad connect your PC to a port that is connected to one of the other computers. If your system doesn't work, it is either the cable or the network card.

If you are using Norton anti-virus, disable it and try to connect again, It may be as a result of the firewall settings. Moreso, if you are connecting with wireless connection, then make sure you add the MAC Address of the system to the router.

I had the same problem not to long ago. My Internet Explorer had become corrupted. I called tech support and they helped me download Mozilla Foxfire. That was the only thing that could be done short of totally cleaning out my computer and starting all over. Try that and see if it will work. Good luck.
