Depends on the total number of tests. If you took thirteen or more, you could have had a score of zero on one of them and still had an average of 88.

Obviously the least score you can get on a test which is worth 1-100 is 1. I assume you get 1 for writing your name correctly.

Depends on how many grades are put in and how they are put in. For example: 3 100% and a 97% would differ from 2 100% and a 97%. How it's put is is different, one way is the average of the percents and one is a ratio x/y (x is total correct. and y is total possible).

to what? whether you want to know the grade to pass or the grade needed to have a certain final average will change which formula you use.
