I assume you mean up on top where the faucett goes? You can contact a real plumbing supply house for a cover for it. It bolts through the top and needs to have the nut tightened from beneath. You may also get an escution plate to go under the faucett by finding the name of the faucett and going to their website to look up the available ones. There may also be a general one size fits all at the plumbing supply. YOu want a commercial plumbing supply that caters to the trade. Look in the yellow pges under plumbing parts and supplies

Most often in a chrome finish; usually 2 inches approx. a concave circular device with a threaded mechanism (BOLT) on the underside; with a NUT, and a plate that spans the hole on the underside, sold in most hardware or big box home stores.

any building supply or plumbers supply should have them . They are often white or chromed plastic but you can get ceramic colored to match the sink.
