6x^2 −14x + 4 ⇒ (3x − 4)(2x −1)
RHS=6x^2-3x-8x+4
=6x^2-11x+4
does not equal LHS

6x^2 −14x + 4
=2(3x^2-7x+2)
=2(3x-1)(x-2)
