I couldn't pick just one but John 3:16 pretty much sums everything up. I also really like Isaiah chapter 53 and Psalms chapter 23.

26 If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. 27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

The 23rd Psalm - The Lord is my Shepered, I shall not want...
Whenever I have problems I read this Psalm and then I know that everything is going to be alright

I really like John 3:16

To me means from all of His glory and grace, we have all received one blessing after another.
