Stretchy patch pockets for tight pants. You know how difficult it is to get in and out of pockets if they're tight around the hips? Especially if you are holding onto something in your pocket and trying to get it out? Get some lycra fabric (which stretches) and sew it onto the outside of a pair of tight pants.

pencil wrist band u make a wrist band with slots to fit pencils in to carry around.

I had to do somthing like this in 4th grade
