what is a fun drinking game, not the usual ones, something new?

We always play beer pong, kings, flip cup, bull ****, fu-- the dealer, hockey....any suggestions on how to turn a board game etc into a drinking game?

Everyone picks a player and you drink each time they score.
you can add drinks for blocks, steals,....ect.

some things for board games.
If dice are rolled: each pick a number on the dice and drink when it is rolled.
pick spots on the board and assign how much needs to be drunk when someone lands on it.

the more common the event the smaller the drink should be.

most drinking games have an event that has everyone drink.
