how do u take away the fade/dirt from the louvers?

i took out my window louvers for my camaro, but it leaves this whitish greyish fade deal.. i cleaned it with windex, and soap, but it doesnt want to come out, is it permanantly stained or is there a wash i could use to take it out

i meant the stain on the windows, not the louvers, im just gonna repaint.

Might try some Mothers Back to Black...That stuff works wonders!!
