You're PSP probably came with some sort of blank disk, take it out of the plastic casing and put it in you're computer.
( there should be a second, smaller, groove in the computer that will allow the disk to fit) Then a pop-up will come on the desktop asking what to do, press sync files. then you should come to some sort of screen, press edit playlist or edit sync disk. Whatever says edit. Then a list of your files should pop up. Press on whatever files you want and press OK. Then press start sync. When it's done the disc should pop out.

Get USB-mini B cord. Than plug it into your PC. PC will see your PSP as external drive. Upload files from PC to appropriate folder.
