The best prank I've ever pulled is putting soap up my brother's toothpaste tube. Another one, is I made a giant web out of tape and yarn and I made it down my staircase.
The best prank pulled on me was my sister put cranberry juice in my OJ. THAT WAS NASTY!!! Another one is my sister covered my laptop with aluminum foil. Classic.
Actually, my grandmother pulled a prank. Several, actually.
There was one on her husband (my grandfather) where she put ceramic wrapping over the toilet seat. It took forever to clean up! There was one on my mother (it was when she was my age, so I didn't see this, but my mom told me about it). She was having a sleepover for her fourteenth birthday party. She and her friends were acting all stupid trying to, "Contact the spirits of the dead" One of them, in a really deep voice, said,"ADOLF HITLER, IF YOU HEAR ME, THEN BANG ON THE WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!! Then my grandmother started banging on everything, and everyone started screaming and hiding. I wish I was there to see that!
I've heard of the one "Tape web" where you put clear tape over a door exit, and once the person walks through, tape gets stuck to their clothing. I always thought that people would be REALLY angry at me if I did that.
A prank that would embarass me....probably those ones where you set up a snare and when you activate it, water or something pours all over you (but I have GOT to find out how to do that!).

When I was 13 I got up on April fools day at 3 am and stood on a chair under the fire alarm at home and lit a match. Watched my mom running around grabbing pictures and the dog- BUT my dad must have caught a glimpse of me from the corner of his eye- and well- I didnt think he could run that fast but he could! My butt still hurts! But it was sooooo worth it! Yes I was hurt- my butt was red for days!
