Usually about 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep. For some reason I cannot fall asleep before 1 am, and sometimes just wake up in the middle of the night. My day starts at 8:30 am which means I have to be up an hour before to get ready, read the news, and drive to work. Been like that for me for years now.

I'm not. It is difficult to accomplish everything while going to college and working. Sleep seems to take a back seat to many other things. However, I recently read that getting 8 hours of sleep a night is actually bad for you, and that getting 6-7 hours of sleep a night is better for you.
