It caters to anyone who frivolously reports answers just because they don't agree with them or gets them the slighted bit offended, as opposed to very offended. (By the former, I mean not nearly offended enough to go off on a tirade.)

They give you violations, not caring what question it is.
They don't invite us to their parties (check on youtube) because we are outsiders.
They put celebritie's questions where you can see it so we can answer them and think "oh, Y!A must be sooo popular!"
