I have a few, but that wouldn't be answering your question since you asked for my biggest hygiene turn off.
*ponders for a bit*
The biggest is: dirty, long fingernails - on a male. *shudders*
Why? well it indicates they don't MAKE the time to maintain, so therefore they WILL have bad breath, nose hair, crusty bits behind their ears, stink, have body odour, and all the things that everyone has mentioned previous to me.
I also for some reason believe that men with long fingernails are sexual predators / deviets.

to each and each his very own on the pubic hair question. i'm the whole opposite of you. i in my opinion like an entire bush on a woman. the look and experience of it fairly is fairly captivating. Bad teeth or worse no teeth. Just don't come at me with bad teeth. Yech, ick, ewoooey, blech!!!
And body odor, I have smelled some bad smelling people. But the teeth, you can see the teeth. So that's worse.

people who don't put on deodorant or antipersperant. I mean, people with bad body odor just turns me off completely. Sometime its so bad, I just wanna hurl.
