Your sentence is a false dichotomy. If they knew who it was he'd be behind bars so it can't be Osama? It doesn't make sense. Osama is a leader in the group responsible for 9/11. He isn't behind bars because he's either dead or else in very deep hiding.

i doubt Osuma bin Laden is worried about jorge Bush too much because Jorge is now so focus on Iraq has he's been for a few years.He remains at large and still prowling somewhere remote in the world.
