Unless your mom is super conservative, there's no reason why this should bother her at all. She has a period too and she probably uses panty liners as well. Just pull her aside when she's not busy and tell her you need to talk to her for a sec. Explain to her that you're worried about your panties getting stained during your period and you'd like to know if it's okay to start wearing panty liners. They're very cheap and I promise that unless your mom is a super *****, there's no way she's going to be mad or embarrass you about it.

This is nothing to be embarassed about at all. Go to the grocery store with her the next time she goes and just grab a box and toss 'em in the cart. If you're too embarassed, just ask her to grab them. "Mom, I need some pantyliners, but I dont want to go down that aisle. Will you please?"

Just next time she's going to the store say " Hey mom will you pick me up some of those carefree pantyliners ( or whatever brand you want ) Please?" She will probably just do it no questions asked

Just ask your mom to pick some up for you next time she goes out. Don't be embarrassed ... nothing to be embarrassed about. If she does question you just tell her you're not having problems... you would just like to feel fresher.

I had the same problem. Just let her know when you say good-night to her and times like that, away from others. It's very embarrassing, but just tell her!

If you had a daughter, wouldn't you want her to tell you? Have a little faith in your mom, show her that you trust her, and just ask her when the two of you are alone together.

Just be honest with her. Ask her before you go to bed, in teh evening, or sometime when she doesn't have a lot to do, so you can talk about it. When I told my mom, she was totally cool with it, and I'm sure your mom will be too! No worries! :)

if you are old enough don't tell her just buy them youself..Pantyliner are no big deal...I do not think she would be upset or mad if you did address it with her..Plus it is your body you have to decide what is most comfortable for you.

I think you should just talk to your mom about it, she'll understand. Maybe just wait until you two can talk privately and tell her. She's been there before, so its nothing new.
Hope I helped!
