If you look hard enough... The thing about "Intelligence"- is that it doesn't have the need to Broadcast itself all over the place. It usually let's the Answers it seeks come to IT- instead of randomly searching for them... So DON'T give up on it just yet... -it's out here, somewhere... :)

It all depends on where your from and, how we have to go in and save your butt. We here, in America, are getting rather tired of saving the back ends of most Europeon and, South American countries, between floods, earthquakes and wars, your all decimating our youth populations.
I think it's about time you all start standing on your own two feet and, take your responsibilities on yourself.
