As above, the first is definitely Shana (Enpatsu Shakugan no Uchite) from Shakugan no Shana. I'm pretty sure the second is Ignis from the game Jingai Makyou.

I agree with the above answerer that PERSON ONE is Shana from Shakugan no Shana.
The first pic of PERSON 2 however, is the same as the one used under PERSON 1. None the less, I am fairly confident that PERSON 2 is also from Shakugan no Shana, and is merely the Flame Haze who had the position before Shana. Either her name wasn't mentioned in the anime, or it simply escapes me. Either way, she doesn't get much screen time at all.
