Is there a reasonable, honest, quality work by a contractor for work done @ my house close to LA?

The work entails windows and door replacements, sandblasting, re-stucco, color coat.

I knew a guy named Dan Carper that works that area and does good work. I think he is listed in the phone book and lives somewhere in la crescenta I believe.
