The washer pump is probably bad. Find the washer pump, disconnect, use a voltmeter to see if it is getting power when someone activates the switch. If it does, then you need to replace the pump. If it doesn't get power, it most likely is the switch.

First of all, and im not saying that you do, but never use washing
up liquid in the windscreen washer reservoir.Use the proper
screen cleaning fluid that can be bought at car accessory stores.

Next thing to check is, does the washer pump work.Get in your
car and turn the ignition on till all the lights on the dash come on
but dont actually start the car,now operate the wash wipe and
see if you can hear a buzzing noise coming from under the bonnet/
hood.If you can then the washer jet/s is/are blocked. If this is the case you will have to remove the windscreen washer reservoir
and flush it out with clean water a few times to get rid of all the muck that has accumulated in it.Next thing to do is unblock the jets,
the best way is to use compressed air by blowing it through the
jet but make sure you have removed the water feed pipe/s first.
When you are sure there is no longer a blockage you can refit
your washer reservoir then fill it with clean water and appropriate
screen cleaning fluid.Reconnect all the tubes and electrical connections but don`t fit the tubes to the washer jets just yet. What you need to do now is flush out the pipes from the reservoir to the jets, the easy way is to get a friend to hold on to the pipe and point it away from the car while you operate the wash wipe for, say 30 seconds.Reconnect the pipes to the jets then try them and see if they work, it might take a couple of seconds for the water to reach the jets but that shouldnt be a problem.

If you can`t hear a buzzing noise from under the bonnet/hood then
its an electrical fault.Either the pump has died or the fuse has blown.Let me know how you got on.I shall be reading through this
later.

does the pump activate? if so and no water, the spray nozzles are blocked. remove and clear them with a probe ( a pin or a straightened paperclip workes well) or compresed air.
if the pump doesn't activate, check for voltage at the pump with a test light or multimeter. got voltage? yes pump bad and replace. no then check wiring and switch

The pump has either gone out or the sprayer is clogged up or the hose has come off of the tank or the nozzle.....
