Those who run the country don't care because they are there to make money. Halliburton, Black Water,... The war profiteers don't care who dies and who kills as long as there is a war, they are making tons and tons of money so they do everything in their power to keep the war going, even if the reasons are so stupid that the public often wonders why we are still there. The people who should run run the country are too stupid to see whats going on because they've been taught over the years that they must obey authority no matter what they tell them to do and that America is a Democracy where the people have the power as long as they do exactly what they are told.
The thing about Iraq that really ticks me off is that when this is all said and done people will go after Bush and his goons for committing war crimes, but no one will accuse the soldiers of this even though they are the ones holding the guns and dropping the bombs all because they were just following orders. Yet in WW2 the Nazi soldiers were also just following order, in fact everyone except Hitler was JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS. So why are all those people getting so much crap. What makes American soldiers less accountable for their actions?

Iraqi's say in public they want America to leave (so they won't get murdered by other Muslims) but in private they are terrried America will leave because there will be a civil war and most of them will die, along with their kids.
