I dont know about greek... but the funniest Norse myth I know of is when Loki dressed Thor up in a dress to convince a giant that he was Freya in order to get his hammer (Mjolnir) back...Thor in drag come on NOW THATS FUNNY!
I guess the myth of Eris is pretty funny... I mean throwing a present addressed to the prettiest one into a party of Narcissistic greek goddesses is pretty funny!

An Athenian founding myth tells that Athena refused a union with Hephaestus, and that when he tried to force her she disappeared from the bed. Hephaestus ejaculated on the earth, impregnating Gaia, who subsequently gave birth to Erichthonius of Athens; then the surrogate mother gave the child to Athena to foster, guarded by a serpent.

The funniest Greek myth I know is Leda and the Swan.
Zeus disguised himself as a swan and seduced Leda. She became the mother of Helen of Sparta/Troy. How is it that a woman can be seduced by a swan????

Pelias was Jason's uncle that made him go to Colchis(today Georgia) to get the skin of the golden sheep. There Jason fell in love with barbarian princess Medea and brought her back to Greece. Medea was a witch. When they got back to Pelias' palace, Medea gave Pelias' daughters a magical advice to make their father younger and stronger: She said that they should chop him into pieces and then boil these pieces. Unfortunately for them, this spell didn't work! (Medea had revenged Pelias about his cruelty towards Jason)
