Nothing is healthy when you have too much. It is food. If we jog after every combo meal then we wouldn't have this issue of America being home to the world's most sizable crowd of lard asses.

Most fast food restaurants have many healthier options such as milk, bottles water, salads, grilled chicken sandwich's and salads, yogurt, fruit, baked potato chips or baked potato's or diet sodas. Some fast food place such as Wendy's Taco Bell or Subway have more healthy choices than others. You can always customize your order by requesting not to have cheeses or sauces. This can save you hundreds of calories!!!! And you can save even more by ordering grilled items instead of fried items. If you don't know if something is fried, just ask. Also you can look online for nutrition information. Most fast food websites have special sections where you can customize your meal and get very detailed nutrition facts. Taco Bell has the best one I've seen, it even considers things in it such as special orders like extra or no sauces, etc.

It is all about moderation and personal responsibility too. Many people on Yahoo Answers seem to think that eating one hamburger will turn you into a 400 Pound tub of lard. Not true. Eating a rather unhealthy meal once in awhile is perfectly fine as long as you have healthier meals and snacks along with exercise in between.

It always depends on a persons intake of food. Nothing is healthy in huge quantities. Also people tend to not eat enough veggies and that is the problem with fast food well also the grease.

Most fast food places have salads which are healthy. Subway has alot of healthy food. And grilled chicken is always better for you than a big mac.

There is nothing wrong with eating fast food once in a while, but eating it everyday is not healthy.

Wouldn't think so except if it saves an overstressed person from having to cook. Maybe it's a stress saver and stress is a killer.

the salads can be very healthy its the dressing that needs work. low cal just does not taste as good.
