It depends on whether it's a problem with the headphones or the iPod. Try another pair of headphones and if they work then you'll know you just need a new pair of headphones. If this happens with all headphones then there is probably a problem with your iPod. You could either get an adapter that will make it so that you can hear whatever you can hear in both ears, or you can buy a new iPod.

its the headphones, one tip would be to make sure that the headphones are connected all the way into the plug, if its not then chances are you will only hear music out of one side. If that doesnt work return the head phones or get new ones. Good Luck.

that depends on when you purchased it and if your warranty is still valid. you should first make sure your headphones aren't where the problem is. plug your headphones into a different stereo or ipod. if the headphones are fine, then you'll want to contact apple for further assistance.

its not your ipod...its your headphones....those wires can get easily messed up. new headphones are cheap. try it out with some other headphones to make sure....but i bet thats what it is.
