The four original members were Beyonce, Kelly, LeToya and LaTavia. Le Toya and LaTavia were kicked out of the group and by the time the video "Say My Name" was released they replaced them with Michelle and Farrah Franklin. Then Farrah Franklin was kicked out of the group and they just kept the three, Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle.
