What do you mean? I'm writing this from my padded room.
I'm typing on my pillow, and Samuel is whispering in my ear to tell me what's on the monitor. Samuel is a griffin. . . but he's a nice griffin. Except when he tells me he wants blood.

sometimes at work, i sit in my chair with scissors in my hand pointed at me, and rock back and forth. it relaxes me.
