1823 Newspaper?

Question

I purchased this newspaper a few weeks ago and wanted to know if something like this has any value? Does any one know anything about them?

Old newspapers are an interesting item and usually one that have information on historic events sell for a good sum depending on the information in them. I see common issues for sale from $5 to $15. There are ads sometimes in the weekly coin paper Numismatic News along with old books on historic subjects.I found an ad from a company in Dennis port,MA. for a 100 year old paper for $7.50. There have been ads for older ones in other issues. Value depends on content.
