I think Larry Fitzgerald is hurt (or is it Anquan Boldin?). Anyway, Warner has lost a potent weapon. And, you have to ask yourself: Why was Arizona playing a QB-by-committee? The saying is, if you have two quarterbacks, then you really don't have one (good one). If Warner was that great, why wasn't he starting over Leinart before he got hurt?
Now, look at San Diego. They are trying to make a statement that they are the team to beat in the AFC West. They anihilated Denver last week (in Denver) and are looking to take first place in the AFC West away from an Oakland team that doesn't deserve to be there.
In the San Diego Union Tribune today, they ran an article about how Tomlinson and Coach Turner had an open conversation about how Turner had a lot to learn about how to run the Chargers' offense. Turner admitted that he saw so many cool toys in the toybox that he forgot to go with the basics: Run LT. And, when teams start stacking the box against the run, stretch the defense out with pass plays over the middle to Gates. Then, when the DBs come up to play the short passes, go long to the wide receivers (Jackson and Davis).
Oh, and when you get a lead, don't sit on it. Keep the throttle wide open and score as many points as you can.
Look for San Diego to continue this winning formula against the Raiders in San Diego this weekend. And remember, LT gets lots of passes thrown his way, too.

Kurt Warner because Oakland has a really bad rush defense which means that LT will get a lot of touches. However, the Panthers do have a great secondary. It's a toss-up, but I have to go with Warner because he has experience.

Play Warner this week. He showed that he can get the job done when needed week in and week out. Rivers had a break-out game against Denver but I'm still iffy about him. Sit Rivers another week and see how he fairs against a very good Raiders defense.

I'd have to say Rivers - even with LT getting the ball, there's still going to be a lot of potential there for a killing in points. Add that to the slaughter in Denver and the upcoming sub-par Raiders team and Rivers is going to ride this wave for an easy win and a lot of yardage.
